The butterfly room located at the Rosewood Hotel lobby. It’s really pretty with the butterfly 🦋 decors! The server explained the afternoon tea menu details to us. We choose the tea we like and having the seasonal tea set which is the Autumn-themed tea set this time. The afternoon tea set presented beautifully. Although it’s quite a big set that I had to take out some home. It is a truly amazing afternoon tea experience. The savory part is absolutely amazing. The pastries and scones are pretty. The cute chocolate library on the cart is so cool! Chocolate is very delicious 😋 Although the seating time is 2 hours for the reservation only, but we had more than enough time to enjoy the set.
The afternoon tea was a delightful surprise, i was impressed with the service and dietary restriction accomodations that could be made. From feeling unimpressed in the main hotel entrance to being comfortably seated at the butterfly room, the decor and atmosphere was one of my best afternoon tea experiences especially with the different dishes freshly served one after another.
Reserved table beforehand, I arrived at the Butterfly Room for pre-ordered afternoon tea. The seat was not ready when we arrived, so we had to wait at the lobby for a bit. The seats were comfortable. Sunlight shone through the window. What a cozy afternoon. The food was fine, but didn't surprised me with taste. I was a bit disappointed with the famous trolly dessert. They were kind of cloying sweet. It was a nice place to catch up with friends, but there's a room for improvement for the food.
It’s a lovely weekday afternoon tea time, had purely blast enjoying a less crowded environment. Presentation of the 4 courses was pleasant. Especially the cart, chocolate items of 3 under my choices. Brilliant works. Specifically a huge appreciation to the talent names Alex who’s been keeping a good eye on my wishes and proactively ordered one more pastry for me after I’ve said it was tasty. Thank you for being this kind and attentive! Loved the vibe, loved everything regarding my first visit to The Butterfly Room !
