Fine Thai Vietnamese food. Delicious papaya salad. Not too sweet. Excellent squid drunken noodles. Not too hot but asked for salt and hot chili and it was perfect. Terrific Thai pancake. Reasonable prices.
I frequent this restaurant when I'm in the mood for Asian food that's lighter than Chinese. It's family run and absolutely gorgeous inside - nicely decorated with Thai accents and carved wood. I like to put myself into the hands of BJ who today remembered my order from a month ago. I don't know the different dishes aside from Pad Thai noodles even though I've even been to Thailand a handful of times. I asked him for the meat of my choice and which vegetables I like. The dish comes with a scoop of white rice. They have various degrees of hotness and I do like spicy. So Hot is just right for me. they have hotter but that would be difficult to eat. The spices are fantastic and it's not greasy like some Chinese food is. A couple in the restaurant said their curry is great, too. But I favor the stir fry. Every lunch special (and maybe dinners) start with a small bowl of warm rice broth and a small Spring roll. The man in the booth behind me liked his so much he placed an order for more for his family. It's never very crowded so please go! I'd like to see this gem thrive.
