I had a memorable meal in Santiago. The atmosphere was cozy, in a beautiful house, and I instantly fell in love with the décor. The food was both delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was excellent. My favorites were the wine and homemade bread. I’m so glad I came here—anyone who visits won’t regret it!
Just wow! Came on a Friday and had to come back Saturday it was that good. Good is incredibly inventive, well prepared and respectful of local ingredients and seasonality. The team really looked after us, pairing our meal with a natural wine from a small producer. The ambiance is charming. Would recommend over any other place we ate in Santiago.
Delicious! The modest front belies the exquisitely prepared and plated unique Chilean food. They offer meat, seafood and vegetarian appetizers and main courses and also offered that they had gluten free options. The staff speaks excellent English and took the time to explain the flavors and preparation in each dish. They allowed us to leisurely enjoy our dining experience and were easy to communicate with via What’s App to make a reservation. This is a restaurant not to miss in Santiago!
Our Uber driver seemed a bit dubious about where he dropped us but the beautiful lush garden spot out front and a previous reviewers comment that the restaurant was unmarked confirmed we were indeed at the right place. We were warmly greeted at the door and ushered into a charming house like space with different seating areas. We chose the back area ( close to the kitchen) the kitchen was tiny but mighty!! Belying the wonderful food that was artfully prepared and presented. The staff was charming and responsive. Effortlessly communicating in English as they explained the menu and options. Starting with an amazing flavor bomb the amuse buche was art on a plate. A beet potato puree that melted in your mouth. The food options while limited covered all degrees of food interests from vegetarian to meat with an emphasis on seafood. Each dish was lovely and clever with a meld of flavors that made you appreciate what you were eating and marvel at the creativity. Soooooo happy we were able to get a reservation and would recommend to anyone. Appreciated the pace of the meal and the laid back care of the staff. Wonderful!!!!
