Girl friend’s birthday wants to bring her to one of the best 100 Canada restaurants and rated the best in Vancouver for a number of years. The restaurant didn’t let us down at all. The only thing is i made the restaurant as my friend’s birthday celebration but they forgot 😅. Food and environment is so great. Chef menu has choice of 2 for every course and both options look great. We ended up ordered every dishes. We also added truffle tart to share. It’s absolutely worth it.
Today was an extraordinary experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant—truly unlike anything I’ve ever had before. The flavors were exceptionally delicious, and I absolutely loved it. It was my first time dining at such a place, and I especially relished the bun with butter and your signature cookies with salted caramel.
