I came for their Happy Hour menu which I thought was the most affordable. I tried almost all their items. Their chicken wings are a showstopper...definitely a must have. I liked their chicken burger but not the side salad. Ambience was comfortable and staff were attentive. Will definitely go back again if I'm ever in the area.
We came on a Saturday during happy hour. The restaurant was pretty empty. I love how it's laid out and the number of tables they have. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. Happy hour wildlight drinks get $2 off Inverted dude - was a coffee based drink. I didn't really like it. I wouldn't get it again Negroni - strong and delicious Mussels and fries (16) - plentiful and well seasoned. Loved the sauce. The French fries were crispy and addictive. Would recommend Chicken wings 10 pieces (12) - pretty standard. Crispy on the outside. On the sweeter side. Overall would come back to try their other items. Prices during happy hour are a steal
Loved taking my family here. The service was excellent thanks to Olivia who accommodated several allergies and dietary restrications.
On a wet rainy night we went looking for dinner and ended up at Wildlight. Love the convenience of two hour free parking under the restaurant (remember wet raining) Anyhow the for their $65 Festive 3 course meal is an excellent deal. Started with Smoked Sablefish Chowder (packed with seafood) and Grilled Beet & Burrata Salad - which my wife assures me was fabulous. We both had the Braised Beef Cheek. You get a lot of meat and it's once again - fabulous. Two solid desserts (Milk Chocolate Gianduja Pistachio Citrus Cake) and we were down for the count. The wine list was excellent - lots of BC wines at decent prices plus a solid list of Italian and some Californian choices. Markup is less than the usual Vancouver average. Service by Brandon was excellent end to end. Attentive and friendly without making us feel a time share sales pitch was looming over the horizon. We'll be back. Easy decision.
