✨ HighlightIf you're not familiar with the area, it can be a little tricky to find. I went for a birthday dinner with a friend of mine, and we were seated promptly and brought a Welcome Cocktail, which was a lovely touch. The place was very busy but the vibe was very relaxed. The food was absolutely out of this world. Sunday is their Prime Rib Day, and it was absolutely fantastic. The butter cake that comes with the meal was the best dessert bite I've had in a very long time. It's not big, but it's very rich and very flavourful, with Chantilly cream and creme anglaise. Everything was a spot on, and we had a delicious time. I would absolutely consider going here again and recommending it for you and your loved ones. Considering this place is in the financial district, their Sunday Prime Rib special was completely reasonable and worth every single penny. $69.99 for 3 very generous courses? GO!!! Our server was Dawn, and she was super attentive but not intrusive. She was lovely. Clearly, she was busy, but she didn't make anything seem difficult. I will definitely be going here again.→

✨ HighlightNice if you're looking for more of a fine dining experience, but like most steakhouses the value for money just isn't quite there for me. Was worth going to once to experience though, as the steaks are cooked really nicely. My 16 oz bone in rib steak was cooked perfectly, albeit a little light on the seasoning. Would not recommend the mashed potatoes as they are an upcharge and honestly was not very good. Service was phenomenal. The gentlemen that work here were very attentive and friendly. They also were nice enough to provide a delicious slice of cheesecake for our friend after they heard it was his birthday. Atmosphere was pretty neat. Nice low key vibe with classic decor.→

✨ HighlightFor my birthday celebration, I decided to visit STK Steakhouse in Yorkville. Upon arrival, we were greeted downstairs by a lady who confirmed our reservations and directed us to another lady upstairs. After a brief wait, someone took us to our table, adding a touch of fanciness to the start of our evening. Our server introduced himself with a pleasant demeanor, enhancing our dining experience right from the get-go. Bread was served, though it wasn't gluten-free, so I skipped it and went ahead with ordering a glass of Merlot. For the main course, I ordered a filet medium well with prawns. I was a bit disappointed with the presentation—it seemed like it was just thrown on the plate. Unfortunately, the steak was slightly overcooked, and the shrimp was dry, even though I had specified not to dry it out. The server did offer to have it remade, but I declined. Due to a time limit at the tables on Saturdays, our orders weren't taken until the fourth member of our party arrived. Despite some hiccups, the beef was well-cooked and quite satisfying, which my daughter especially enjoyed. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the candle they brought over for my birthday, which was very impressive, as well as the cake and sorbet—both added a wonderful touch to the celebration. Overall, while there were some areas for improvement, the evening was memorable, thanks in part to the ambiance and the attentive service. Oh the ambience was really impressive inside , its a place I would be visiting on a regular basis if I lived downtown.→
