✨ HighlightHonestly not even sure to start with this one. Absolutely blown away! From the incredible warm welcome we received from Lewis upon arrival, to the impeccable service by George and the team, to every single dish we tried. Our group of 6 decided to agree on a bunch of dishes to try and share and it was undoubtedly an amazing choice. We got to try over 15+ dishes, each with their own deliciousness. The wood fire cooking was so amazing and the interior design of the restaurant had great vibes. The flavors of the dishes were incredibly layered and impressive offering evolving flavor profiles throughout each bite! This was my 4th Michelin restaurant (first in Canada), and undoubtedly my best. We already can’t wait to come back to this incredible fabulous establishment.→

✨ HighlightThe restaurant feels kinda like being in a club - it’s dim and very loud with a live DJ. A lot of people were standing around the bar, and may have been for a corporate event. One of the staff walked us through the menu in full at the start of our meal, which was super helpful. We decided to go with the tasting menu. We originally thought we had to choose one of the dishes listed for each course, but they actually serve all the dishes listed for each course. In total there were maybe 10 dishes, including the dessert course. It was super filling and found it to be good value for the $100 price tag. Didn’t feel like they skimped on any of the portions. The one comment on the food is that it is definitely on the salty side. It is a consistent level of saltiness with most of the dishes, so it does seem intentional. Maybe this is a cultural thing with how the dishes are originally prepped, but it’s something to be aware of that the food will be on the saltier side.→
