From the incredible warm welcome we received from Lewis upon arrival, to the impeccable service by George and the team, to every single dish we tried. Our group of 6 decided to agree on a bunch of dishes to try and share and it was undoubtedly an amazing choice. We got to try over 15+ dishes, each with their own deliciousness. The wood fire cooking was so amazing and the interior design of the restaurant had great vibes. The flavors of the dishes were incredibly layered and impressive offering evolving flavor profiles throughout each bite! This was my 4th Michelin restaurant (first in Canada), and undoubtedly my best. We already can’t wait to come back to this incredible fabulous establishment.→

There seemed to be about 3 other staff on including a male manager in a suit that were standing around while she was busting her butt. Managers have a duty to clear tables and help staff out too! There was only one staff member available to clean tables, so quite a few tables were left uncleaned, which affected the overall atmosphere. It was a busy Friday night, so that might explain some of it. Despite that, I still recommend giving this place a try for the food alone.→
