The “bacalhau” was simply the driest, most fibrous I’ve ever tried. It did not match with Esplanada’s reputation and a huge difference from the tasty Steak Esplanada. Lesson learned: only steaks at Esplanada Grill at Morumbi Shopping!
Churrascaria tradicional sem rodízio, mas com carnes deliciosas!! A decoração é sofisticada e linda, com peles, quadros de celebridades que já foram e muita arte. Os pedidos foram: Couvert tradicional com legumes e pastinhas - R$55 Linguiça toscana - R$61 Tutano - R$59 (não gostei, achei bem gorduroso, mas foi a primeira vez que provei) Steak splanada - R$241 (corte com pouca gordura e muuuito saboroso) Meio Ancho Beef - R$168 Meio chorizo - R$150 Os acompanhamentos são à parte. Goiabada com sorvete - R$56 Profiteroles - R$48
Viemos ao restaurante para almoço e o serviço estava lento com garçons mal humorados. Não bastasse o tartare de salmão veio péssimo, de baixa qualidade e sabor. Meu filho não conseguiu almoçar e o garçom não deu alternativa de trocar o prato. Foi decepcionante.
