Went to Shin Zushi on a Saturday, around 2pm and could luckily find a place at the bar, next to people who were there for the tasting menu. Although I got there pretty late, the chef was really nice and still served me majority of the tasting menu courses! The ingredients are extremely fresh and the dishes are dreamy, to the point I could not even remember to take photos of every plate! Definitely going back for another great experience..
