The Kubitschek Residence Museum is the beautifully preserved former home of Juscelino Kubitschek, the president of Brazil from 1956 to 1961 who famously built Brasília. Located in the Pampulha neighborhood, this mid-century modern house offers an intimate glimpse into his personal life, with original furniture, photographs, and mementos. Visitors can tour the living spaces, including his office and family rooms, and learn about his legacy through exhibits. The house itself, designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer, is a gem of modernist residential architecture.
