Hawkesworth Bridge is a historic suspension bridge that spans the Macal River in San Ignacio. Built in the early 20th century, it is one of the few remaining suspension bridges in Belize. The bridge is a pedestrian-only crossing, offering views of the river and surrounding hills. Its iron framework and wooden deck give it a nostalgic character. It connects the town center to the western side of the river and is a popular spot for photos and leisurely strolls.

Don't miss
