The Haus der Musik (House of Music) is a museum of sound and music in Vienna, opened in 2000. It uses hi-tech interactive and multimedia exhibits to explore music from early instruments to the present day. The museum is located in the Palace of Archduke Charles, where Otto Nicolai, founder of the Vienna Philharmonic, once lived.
