The Església de Sant Martí de la Cortinada is a Romanesque church in the village of La Cortinada, Ordino. Its main draw is the remarkable set of 12th-century frescoes that adorn the apse and nave, showing scenes from the life of Christ and other biblical figures. The church, built in the 11th–12th centuries, also retains its original wooden roof and a simple stone bell tower. Visitors can step inside to see these vivid paintings, which are among the best-preserved in Andorra.
