The White Mosque, or Xhamia e Bardhë, is a 15th-century Ottoman ruin located within Berat Castle. It is also called the Sultan's Mosque, though its exact origins are uncertain. The mosque is named for the white stone used in its construction, which stands out against the castle's darker walls. Today, only the base of the minaret and parts of the walls remain, giving visitors a sense of the mosque's original layout. The site offers a peaceful atmosphere and a connection to Berat's layered history.
