The Seven Sisters are a breathtaking sequence of white chalk cliffs stretching along the Sussex coast between Seaford and Eastbourne. Part of the South Downs National Park, these cliffs rise steeply from the sea, with the highest reaching 77 meters. Visitors can hike the Seven Sisters Trail, which offers stunning views over the English Channel and the Cuckmere Haven estuary. The area is rich in wildlife, including seabirds and butterflies. The nearby Birling Gap provides access to the beach and a café.
