역사 이야기

Co-founded by Charles Zidler and Joseph Oller in 1889, the original venue was destroyed by fire in 1915 and reopened in 1925 after rebuilding. Early success came from a revolutionary auditorium design, champagne evenings, and the can-can. Notable dancers included la Goulue and Jane Avril. The venue hosted the Prince of Wales in 1890 and was a favorite of artist Toulouse-Lautrec. After World War I, Mistinguett and Maurice Chevalier performed there. Since 1999, the revue has been titled 'Féerie'.
