The Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum is a ramen-themed attraction in Yokohama's Shin-Yokohama district. It has ground-floor exhibits on ramen history and a basement-level food court that recreates Tokyo as it looked in 1958, the year instant noodles were invented. The food court features branches of famous ramen restaurants from across Japan.
