Cosmo Clock 21 is a 112.5-metre-tall Ferris wheel at the Cosmo World amusement park in the Minato Mirai 21 district of Yokohama, Japan. It doubles as the world's largest clock, with its 60 arms serving as second hands. One rotation takes 15 minutes.

A bit of history
Built for the YES '89 Yokohama Exposition in 1989, it was originally 107.5 metres tall and was the world's tallest Ferris wheel at the time. It was dismantled in 1997 and relocated onto a taller base in 1999, increasing its height to 112.5 metres.
