The Seine River winds through the heart of Paris, dividing the city into the Left and Right Banks. Its banks are a UNESCO World Heritage site, featuring landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Louvre, and the Musée d'Orsay. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll along the river, enjoy a picnic on the quays, or take a boat cruise to see the city from a different perspective. The river is crossed by 37 bridges, each with its own history, including the Pont Neuf, the oldest standing bridge, and the Pont Alexandre III, known for its ornate Art Nouveau design.
