The Sibelius Monument is one of Helsinki's most iconic landmarks, an abstract creation of welded steel pipes that evoke the sound and spirit of the composer's music. Located in Sibelius Park, the sculpture consists of over 600 hollow tubes, creating a wave-like form that changes appearance with the light. Visitors often walk around it, listening to the wind whistle through the pipes, and can also see a smaller portrait bust of Sibelius nearby.
