Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park is a beloved natural retreat on Vancouver Island's eastern shore, near Parksville. The park features a long, gently sloping sandy beach that stretches for nearly two kilometers, with warm, shallow waters ideal for swimming and paddling. Behind the beach, a lush forest of Douglas fir, western red cedar, and arbutus trees offers shaded hiking trails.
