The Okanagan Lake Bridge was a three-lane floating pontoon bridge that served as a vital link across Okanagan Lake from 1958 until its replacement in 2008. It featured a unique lift span to allow boat traffic. Though no longer standing, its legacy remains a key part of Kelowna's history. Visitors can learn about it at local museums or see remnants at the waterfront, imagining the days when this structure was the only direct route between the two communities.
