Al-Ghwayzi Fortress perches on a rocky hill, its weathered stone walls and towers dating back centuries. Originally a defensive stronghold, it now offers visitors a chance to climb its battlements for panoramic vistas of Mukalla, the harbor, and surrounding mountains. Inside, remnants of old cannons and cisterns hint at its military past. The site is less crowded than other attractions, providing a peaceful spot to absorb the region's history and landscape.
