Diệu Đế Temple is a serene Buddhist site in Hue, best known for its striking octagonal tower that rises above the temple complex. Built in the 19th century, the tower has seven stories and offers sweeping views of the Perfume River and the city from its top. The temple itself features traditional architecture with a tiled roof and ornate altars. Visitors can climb the narrow spiral staircase inside the tower, passing small shrines on each level. The peaceful grounds include a small garden and a pond with lotus flowers.
