Truong Tien Bridge is a historic iron bridge that gracefully arches over the Perfume River in central Hue. Originally constructed in 1899 during French colonial rule, it has been rebuilt several times due to war damage. The bridge's elegant design features six spans with wrought-iron railings and decorative lampposts. By day, it offers views of the river and surrounding cityscape; at night, it becomes a dazzling spectacle with multicolored LED lights reflecting on the water. It is a beloved symbol of Hue and a popular spot for evening strolls and photography.

Don't miss

  • Walk across the bridge at sunset for stunning views of the Perfume River
  • Photograph the bridge's colorful nighttime illumination from the riverbank
  • Watch local fishermen and dragon boats pass beneath the arches
