Great flavours in a bustling, air-conditioned environment. Had the roast chicken with broken rice alongside fried fishcake, and both were great. Reasonable prices and excellent service too. This is the place to go after wandering about the city centre. The absence of hordes of bus-ferried tour groups here is an amazing plus too. Come here before that changes.
Propaganda Vietnamese Bistro is a fantastic option for dining if you are in the area. The ambiance is inviting, the service staff is attentive, and the local cuisine, while slightly pricier, offers great value for the quality. The menu features a wide variety of options with photos, making it easy to choose even if you're unfamiliar with Vietnamese dishes. The friendly staff are always ready to help explain items. We visited during dinner without a reservation and were seated quickly as another group had just left. We decided to order a variety of mains and sides to share, which allowed us to sample many items on the menu. From rolls to wraps, salads, eggplant, tempura, and broken rice, every dish was well-prepared. We even enjoyed the fried banana dessert. The only minor disappointment was that they had run out of beef at the time of our order, leaving us to choose other options. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience, and I look forward to returning to try the beef dishes we missed on our recent visit.
Excellent restaurant. Great interiors and vibe. Varied menu with something for everyone and the food was delicious . Service was also very good.
Actually, the food at Propaganda restaurant was just average, not as special as what the tour guide introduced. But there was one thing that made me feel uncomfortable when I went to the cashier to pay, I caught a moment when a skinny employee with a tattoo on his neck patted the butt of a girl wearing a black shirt, it was really ridiculous and amateurish at work.
