Prenn waterfall

Prenn Waterfall is one of the most accessible and picturesque waterfalls near Da Lat, located about 10 kilometers south of the city center along National Route 20. The waterfall cascades over a rocky cliff into a clear pool, surrounded by dense pine forests and vibrant flowers. Unlike the more dramatic waterfalls in the area, Prenn is relatively gentle, making it a pleasant stop for families and nature lovers. The site has been developed with walking paths, bridges, and a small entrance area with souvenir stalls and local snacks. Visitors can walk behind the waterfall via a cave-like path, feeling the mist on their skin. The surrounding area features a small zoo with deer and ostriches, as well as a cable car that offers panoramic views of the forest. The sound of rushing water and the cool, fresh air create a relaxing atmosphere. It's a popular spot for photography, especially in the rainy season when the water flow is stronger. The waterfall is also known as 'Thác Prenn' in Vietnamese.
