Cerro San Antonio is a gentle hill rising behind Piriápolis, crowned by a large white cross that makes it a landmark for miles. Visitors can hike or drive up to the top, where a viewing platform offers a 360-degree panorama of the city, the coastline, and the vast Rio de la Plata. The hillside is covered in native vegetation and crisscrossed by walking paths, making it a popular spot for both exercise and photography.
