This restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience with a simple yet charming ambiance. The spacious layout keeps the noise level down, and the service is speedy and welcoming. They offer outside menu options on a board. Like cod fritters, different cocktails. The cod fritters were a standout, reminiscent of authentic Portuguese ones. If you are Brazilian or Portuguese, you will know what I'm talking about, hands down the cod fritters were the best ones I've ever had!!! It's just delicious and perfectly done. They should add this to the menu. While the cocktails were just okay, the pizza dough was delicious and perfectly sized for sharing between two or three people. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience I would come back to check more pizza flavors.
We had an outstanding evening at Bar del Corso. Was looking for a quick dinner bite and in the mood for pizza 🍕. The pizza was light and excellent and the service was all friendly. Although we were seated on the patio, it was plenty warm and a good atmosphere!
I found this spot on the top spots to eat in Seattle in October of 2024. It did not disappoint. My husband and I ate there last night (be sure to make a reservation; it gets really crowded). We started off with two old fashioneds to drink. They make great drinks there. For appetizers, we shared a plate of the freshly sliced prosciutto (the best that I have had in a long time) and their truffle pecorino cheese. You have the option to add homemade bread with it (for a fee), but since we were getting pizza, we decided to just go with the anti-pasta. We then shared their salad with pears, blue cheese and hazelnuts. The salad was great with a nice dressing and big enough for two. Next time, I would omit the frissee unless you are a frissee lettuce fan. Finally, we shared the pizza of the day which was delicious and came with a nicely bubbled and charred crust. We sat indoors, but this restaurant also has a nice outdoor dining section.
Had a solo dinner at the bar. Cool place in Seattle's Beacon Hill, away from the tourists. Full, with a great vibe, late on a Friday. On the noisy side but not insane. Appealing menu, centered on a handful of wood-fired pizzas, supplemented by salads, appetizers, and some entrees. All Italian. The fungi pizza was delicious. Great crust, nice earthy flavor. Easy to like! By the glass wine selection was minimal, but cocktail options were decent. Service was acceptable -- not exceptional, but not bad. Would definitely return when craving a thin crust pizza!
