The St. George Utah Temple is the oldest continuously operating LDS temple in the world, dedicated in 1877. Its striking white sandstone architecture and towering spires dominate the city skyline. Visitors can admire the meticulously maintained grounds and the adjacent Visitors' Center, which offers exhibits on pioneer craftsmanship and temple history. The temple itself is open only to church members, but the peaceful gardens and surrounding historic district are accessible to all.
