Palmaz Vineyards offers a unique winemaking experience inside a massive cave system blasted into the volcanic rock of Napa Valley. Visitors tour the underground facility, where state-of-the-art computer-controlled fermentation tanks and a 100-foot glass elevator showcase the fusion of tradition and innovation. The caves maintain constant temperature and humidity, ideal for aging wines. Tastings often include the estate's acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignon, produced entirely by gravity flow to preserve fruit integrity.
