Bluff Point State Park is a 800-acre coastal reserve at the mouth of the Poquonnock River. Visitors can hike or bike along wooded trails that lead to a natural beach with views of Fishers Island Sound. The park is a haven for birdwatchers, with osprey and herons commonly spotted.
