Kūhiō Beach Park sits at the heart of Waikiki, a lively stretch of golden sand known for its gentle waves perfect for beginner surfers and longboarders. The park is named after Duke Kahanamoku, the legendary surfer and Olympic swimmer, and a iconic bronze statue of him stands at the entrance. Visitors can watch surfers ride the waves, take a surf lesson, or simply relax on the sand with views of Diamond Head. The park also hosts cultural events and hula performances.
