Shadow Mountain Lookout is a historic fire lookout tower perched atop Shadow Mountain, offering sweeping 360-degree views of Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, and the Continental Divide. Visitors can hike a short but steep trail to the tower, which is still used by park staff during fire season. The summit provides a stunning vantage point for photography and wildlife spotting, with interpretive signs about the area's fire history.
