Roaring Fork is a narrow, winding motor nature trail that takes visitors on a scenic drive through old-growth forest in the Great Smoky Mountains. Along the way, you'll see cascading waterfalls, historic log cabins, and the remains of early Appalachian homesteads. The road is one-way and follows a rushing mountain stream, offering numerous pull-offs for short walks and photo opportunities.
