The Japanese submarine HA. 19 is a World War II Ko-hyoteki-class midget submarine that was part of the attack on Pearl Harbor. After its crew beached it on Oahu, the sub was recovered and later brought to the National Museum of the Pacific War for display. Visitors can see the 78-foot-long vessel up close, examining its torpedo tubes and cramped interior. The submarine stands as a tangible link to the opening moments of the Pacific War and is one of only a few surviving examples of its kind.
