This intimate neighborhood Italian restaurant is a true gem. The cozy, welcoming interior and attentive service make it a standout, with thoughtful touches like bringing out shared dishes already split for two. Their menu offers consistently good options. The beet salad is refreshing, and the braised short rib in a rich red wine sauce is deeply satisfying. Daily soups like butternut squash and shrimp gazpacho are always a highlight, and their pasta - both from the regular menu and daily specials - is reliably delicious. We are always pleased with our visits and look forward to coming back for more.
Love this place at first sight lol Place looks really classic italian style. The sever and staff are really nice. Food are also very good. good vibe. Will definitely go back again.
I have been fortunate enough to dine at Angelina's for close to 15 years. I have never been disappointed in the food and service. Every year we traditionally attend the Seven Fishes Wine Dinner in December and bring family and friends with us. This is an evening we always look forward to because it is an epicurean feast. I always question how Angelina's is capable of making this event better than the previous year. This year's Dinner was no exception! The menu was perfectly executed along with the wine pairings. The food was creative, fresh, and delicious. My family could not stop talking about what an extraordinary evening it was. Thank you, David and your excellent chef's and staff for an unforgettable dining experience.
Our server said I could have pork milanese over pasta which I have had there many times over the years. It came out with pork milanese under salad drenched in vinegar (which I HATE) and a side of pasta. I said I was fine, take it away (party of 6 all kind of enjoying their meals except for the 1 who ordered shrimp and didn't get ANY in her dish, but then received a side of shrimp.) The server apologized on both of the mishaps and we were all good. The owner, David, whom we've interacted with for years, but apparently doesn't remember verbally attacked me and said I tried to change HIS menu and then chastised me for it. I did absolutely none of that...his server said it was just fine to order what I ordered. It came out wrong, I sent it back and that maniac came at me when I was leaving his restaurant. I said nothing but Merry Christmas until he came at me. Such a jerk! I never thought he was until he came at me tonight. We will NEVER EVER return. YOUR EGO is WAY MORE than it should EVER BE! You are a black mark on the food and hospitality industry and you should be ashamed of your behavior! The way you treat your staff in front of customers was bad enough, but then you come at your customers? What's wrong with you?
