NFA Burger

Is this the best burger in Atlanta? Some say yes, including magazines, and big foodies You’ll have to decide for yourself. The burger that I ordered was exceptional. Located inside a Chevron station in the heart of Dunwoody, Georgia. Set your expectations because there is no seating available inside. You can eat outdoors though. A cheerful person takes your order at the kiosk and your food is made to order. If you’d like, they will bring it to your car. It’s a simple menu and requires little thought to order your meal. The single was enough for me with a side of fries. So, is it the best burger you’ve ever had? Go see for yourself. A warm welcome, swift service, and an inviting atmosphere are waiting for you and your next NFA burger.

One of the best burgers I've ever had. Tater tots were pretty good and their sassy sauce tastes like Zaxby's sauce with just a hint of spice. Definitely a bit of a wait due to the line, but well worth it and awesome bang for the buck! They have picnic tables outside but we chose to eat in our car. They will bring the food out to your car or picnic table if you want, but we just waited at the counter as the food came out quickly.

My son and I ate lunch here after visiting Atlanta for a Falcon’s game the night before. I had first heard about the restaurant via a TikTok video where the content creator “rates” local restaurants. Obviously, the rating was high so we wanted to give it a try while we were in the area. The line to place orders was twenty-five or so deep when we arrived at 12:30 pm on a Friday. The owner, Billy, was making rounds talking to folks in line while also delivering food to patrons who have already ordered. The kitchen/grill is literally located inside of a Chevron gas station-convenience store and your order is taken at a stand just beyond all of the normal things you see in a convenience store. The menu is simple and contains a few burger options, hot dog/sausage choices, tots, fries, a children’s menu and a dessert menu. I ordered a “classic” “as is” with tots while my son had a triple with fries. All four of these items were a 10/10. The burgers are nothing to marvel at visually, but the taste was absolutely outstanding. The smashed patties were perfectly cooked with salty, crispy edges and the cheese perfectly melted under a very fresh bun. The “sassy sauce” has a slight spicy zing that really adds a nice touch. The tots and fries were perfect - crispy, fresh and hot without being overly greasy. These items were cooked perfectly to order and totaled about $31 with tax. The hype about this place is legitimate. It is literally “all about the taste” and the folks at NFA Burger have something very, very special. I absolutely recommend that you give this place a try if you are a real burger fanatic. You won’t find a better burger. 10/10.
