I’ve been to this restaurant many times, and every visit feels like a treat! The menu is always exciting and packed with delicious options. This time, I tried the French Toast and the Chicken BLT Sandwich, and both were exceptional. Organic Chocolate Milk and Hot Chocolate were good too. The sandwich was a standout. The bread was perfectly crispy, with a flavorful hint of garlic aioli that complemented the avocado, salad, and tender chicken. Every bite was an absolute delight! I left feeling satisfied and happy after such a hearty meal. This place is always bustling, so I recommend arriving before 11 a.m. to avoid longer wait times. Traffic tends to pick up after noon. If there’s a wait, you can leave your name and sit in your car, they’ll text you when your table is ready. I’ll definitely be back for another visit soon. Highly recommend!
Few places have the quality of service as this place. The owner Souraya does not stop the ball 🏀 and her management pick is clutch. From the moment you walk to the host you feel valued, the service was impeccable and the food was out of this world! Things I’ve tried: ✅ Market Hash - Potatoes are like crack ✅ Shakshuka - I get mine with chicken thigh ✅ Chicken & Waffle - massive and tasty ✅ Fresh OJ - fresh squeezed All insanely delicious 😋 You can taste the craft in every dish. My favorite servers are: ✅ Dom ✅ Serena Give it a try, you won’t regret it
Can we just all agree that the service is the WORST here....and it's really not the servers, it's the Ownership, just deplorable! I own my own business and I cannot imagine treating my customers this way. Their food is delicious but the pros DO NOT out weigh the cons on this one. It's the arrogance of the owners "take it or leave it" mentality that just might be the death of them. Read on through the reviews, it's the same song, different day.....let's all just ban together and not grace this place with our presence so that they might get the message....we are in control of this, and obviously the bad reviews aren't working....so let's get out from behind our keyboards and chose to spend our hard earned money where we are valued and appreciated as customers. We teach people how to treat us and if we continue to go here, wait for their ridiculous 30, oh no wait, make that another 20 minutes and then enjoy your cold coffee or leave if you don't like it treatment nothing will change! As for myself and my friends, we won't be coming back ever, not to the JC location nor the Alpharetta location....I hope others do the same so that they either change their treatment of customers or the butts in the seats that they need to pay their bills will dwindle and they will have much needed lesson to be learned!
This am after church we went to this establishment. Lots of people waiting. We’ve been here before and have waited. My son called on the way and we were told 15-20 minutes. When we got there they said, 30-35 minutes. Ok we will wait. After 40 minutes we inquired about how much longer. She stated another 20-25! I was taken aback. The hostess said the kitchen has to catch up and three is a hard number to sit. I’m not disparaging the food, it is delicious. Clearly, they don’t need my business and it’s either Wait or leave. Unfortunately, we Had to leave. There was no guarantee on the other wait time And then It would be another 30 minutes to receive our food after ordering. (As per the hostess) I just wish we would’ve been told a true wait time from the start.
