The atmosphere is cute and nice. There us ample space between tables and there is also large tables if you have a large group or family. The service was below average. A complete lack on engagement, explanation of ant food items, and did not check on our table once except to take the condiments from us to give to another table. The chicken larb was great! If I ever returned, I would only order that! We ordered a large platter to sample things, pho, and the pork belly box. The pork was fried/cooked well, but the meat was very fatty. The papaya salad (typically my favorite dish anywhere) tasted very off! I am not sure if it is seasoned differently here or if it was bad, but we were not able to eat it. The rice and freshness of lettuce and cabbage saved us, as we couldn't eat many of the other items on our platter. I would recommend thoroughly reading reviews before eating here as many people commented on how wonderful the larb is, and it definitely was the best thing we ate here.

A nice menu with different choices from wings to pho to steak to sautee. Each plate has its own delicious taste. Wings are HUGE! Only thing is that it was a bit salty the time we went so taking one star off.

We had dinner here 2 nights ago. We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp, the Garlic Butter Clams, the Laap and the beef jerky. The shrimp were huge, perfectly crispy (including the shell) and tasty. Billed as a small plate, we could only eat 2 each. So good! The clams: hmmm. . . . They were very meaty and flavorful. Not a hint of garlic or butter. All we got was Nuoc Cham. It was ok. Would have been better cold or hot, instead of the room temp presentation we received. We chose the pork belly laap. Twas good. We chose spicy. It almost was spicy. Again, neither hot nor cold. Strangely room temp. But the pork belly was excellent. We could have wished for more mint, cilantro and onion. It was very meat forward. We couldn’t eat all of it. The beef jerky: Get out of town!! So good. Wow. Excellent. Order it. The service was perfunctory and almost polite. No real complaint there. We don’t need to be catered to. The ambience: Strip Mall Resignation. Again, it was fine. We don’t need opulence. Was it authentic? We certainly don’t know, although we prefer the laap we make at home. We could never improve on the Bang Bang Shrimp or even attempt the jerky, although we have made our own several times. Overall, a nice dinner. Next time, we definitely would reorder the shrimp and the beef jerky and try other things on the menu. Final thoughts: adjust your expectations and definitely give it a try.

Not too many Laos food around when you’re on vacation in the south. Found this place upon recommendations from family living down in Atlanta. It’s a small place enough to cater a group of 8. Was really excited to tried the spiciest thing on the menu. I told the waitress to provide me he spiciest papaya and it came out maybe 1 star. I guess their hottest is a 1 star to me cause I have super spicy. But the only thing that really left me thinking about this place is the sausage and the pork that’s it. Everything else here is forgettable due to lack of ingredients and that authentic flavor. Hope they improve on that.
