Living Coasts was a unique coastal zoo and aquarium located on Torquay's harbourside, dedicated to marine life and seabirds. Visitors could walk through underwater tunnels surrounded by penguins, seals, and rays, and observe puffins and other coastal birds in open-air enclosures. The attraction emphasized conservation and education, with interactive exhibits about ocean ecosystems. Although now closed, it remains a fond memory for many families and a notable part of Torquay's recent tourism history.
