Blair Atholl Watermill is a fully restored 19th-century watermill that offers visitors a hands-on look at traditional grain milling. The mill's waterwheel still turns, powering the machinery that grinds oats and barley into flour. Inside, you can see the millstones, hoppers, and sifters, and learn about the history of milling in Highland Perthshire. The mill also sells its own stone-ground flour and oatmeal, making for a unique souvenir.
