Trerice is a beautifully preserved Elizabethan manor house managed by the National Trust. Visitors can explore rooms adorned with intricate plasterwork, antique furnishings, and large windows that flood the interiors with light. The formal gardens feature a parterre, orchard, and wildflower meadow, while the tea room serves homemade treats. It's a peaceful step back into 16th-century Cornish life, with knowledgeable guides on hand to share stories of the Arundell family who once lived here.

Don't miss
