The Ystwyth Trail is a 21-mile route following the River Ystwyth from Aberystwyth to Tregaron, largely on a former railway line. It offers level, traffic-free paths ideal for walkers, cyclists, and horse riders. The trail passes through woodlands, meadows, and along the river, with opportunities to see birds, otters, and wildflowers. Interpretive panels highlight local history and ecology.
