Went for lunch there and it was amazing! The food is generous and very well priced for what it is. Highly recommend taking the menu. Also the cocktails are so tasty and they do not skimp on the alcohol. The service is also top notch!
Suckling pig was great! Meat was tender and juicy with crispy and crackling skin.
We stopped for an aperitif at Niko Romito inside the Bulgari resort in Dubai. Big cocktail list, the signature ones are pleasant, the others very well executed, as expected. With each aperitif order a complimentary with top quality Italian products is brought. Very extensive wine list. Punctual, attentive and very kind service. All the staff is Italian but everyone speaks foreign languages very well. The bar manager was very kind and took care of us perfectly. The snacks we ordered were also excellent. Mandatory but not rigid dress code (for example we saw some men with shorts). High price but not very high considering that you are inside one of the best resorts in the world. I would gladly return to try the actual restaurant as well.
Finally I found, after few years of dining out in Dubai, the best gourmet experience one can have in the city. Niko menu is wide and with a dedicated selection of trufles based dishes - try cauliflower starter or seebass with trufles - and one can also find a simple but perfectly cooked spaghetti al pomodoro. Service outstanding and authentically made in Italy. Quality of ingredients perfect.
