ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. The best dining experience of my entire life being cooked for by Jason Atherton and his team. Everything about this seventeen course tasting menu has so much attention to detail. The knowledge of the chefs as they explain each dish and how it relates to chef Jason Atherton’s culinary career is incredibly interesting. Absolutely everything tastes phenomenal and with the wine pairing it was truly outstanding. I genuinely cannot pick a favourite dish as everything tasted so beautiful and different. I don’t think I’m ever going to get over this meal, this restaurant and this experience in my entire life. The restaurant on the 45th floor provides a stunning view over the Marina and the palm especially during sunset. So well deserving of their two Michelin stars - well done to the entire team. A MUST visit in Dubai.
Outsdanding dinner and deserving of the 2 stars. The chefs had and service were on point. The kitchen was spotless and everything was at a different level of perfection. Oh, and the washrooms had some interesting selection of perfumes. After dinner they send you home with a little treat and the playlist too. Would highly recommend a visit if you are in the city.

What a remarkable experience ! The variety and depth of flavours was astonishing. The research , thought and finally delivery of this experience is clearly extraordinary and impressive. The team interaction with the table at each stage was a wonderful addition and each individual showed a real passion for their craft. This is for special occasions and we aim to have a special occasion each time we visit Dubai.
