Visited for lunch, the server Asrar was very helpful and suggested the best recommended dishes and all the items we ordered were delicious. The dragon chopsuey salad and the burnt garlic and chili rice were delicious. We also tried the tongue roast which was good. Would definitely recommend for a good food outing. The ambience was really good with Carol singing some amazing songs and keeping the place lively.
Absolutely fantastic! Grub Shack exceeded expectations! The Taw-a fry chicken tandoori Biriyani was out of this world, a must-try. The "Drums of heaven" chicken lollipop was perfectly balanced sweet and spicy, leaving us craving more. We ventured into Goan cuisine with the honey chilli fish, another flavorful hit! The ambiance is simple yet inviting, ideal for both families and couples. The photos speak for themselves regarding the delicious spread we enjoyed! Don't miss their special mojitos - the mango spicy flavor is a unique and refreshing complement to the meal. Grub Shack has earned a loyal customer in me! I can't wait to return every month for my Goan food fix. The service was impeccable, and their spot-on recommendations ensured a perfect dining experience. Highly recommend!
Food ordered by welcoming staff. The waiter could remember all items in his memory which was quite impressive. Chicken Spring Rolls did NOT contain any chicken at all. Chicken Tikka starter arrived completely blackened (both chicken cubes and vegetables). I told the staff that I can't eat this and they took it back to the kitchen. Within a couple of minutes I got the Chicken Tikka back, this time on a different (cold) plate and it was the same chicken cubes with some of the black stuff scraped off and all the black vegetables had disappeared. I wanted to pay the stuff we actually consumed and leave, but then the main meal came out of the kitchen, so that was consumed and paid for. Very disappointing that the not so smart kitchen staff tried to deceive me. People can make mistakes, but this was clearly bad intend. I have eaten there many times before, but this was certainly the last time ever.
Good food we had the kingprawns they were nice and chicken mandala and the butterchicken were very good. Nice People and near de Grant Hyat.
