I have been frequent visitor at the lounge since 2013. The ambience is amazing and their pastries too thats why I keep coming back. Unfortunately they need to work very hard on training their staff , past 4 years the service has been disastrous. Long waiting time for drinks to the point that you finish a main course and still been waiting for a drink that has been ordered the same time as your dish! Constant forgetting of the orders by staff members seems to be a new standard. I do understand that it is a busy place but especially with recent increase of their prices they should ensure that everything is as per 5* hotel. I have been speaking with the manager on multiple occasions and have been reassured its a one time mistake but nothing has changed and on every visit there is something wrong with the service.

This is the best spot for relax afternoon in dubai . It is like an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of dubai it feels like a resort to me. That the service is implacable. The staff like Cecil and Madhu are absolutely wonderful they make me feel like at home. I hope this lobby never changes.
