First ever visit to Dubai and we stayed at the Grayton Hotel. We had dinner at Bukhara, located on the 1st floor of the hotel. Entered the dining room that had a warm ambience and open kitchen, where you could see the chefs using the tandoor ovens. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive. The food was some of the best I've ever had. The chef made the garlic Naan fresh. The butter chicken was creamy and flavorful without being too heavy. And the chicken biryani was complex and delicious. The head chef came over to our table to introduce himself and gave us a history of the Bukhara restaurants. It was a nice, personal.touch that capped off a wonderful dinner. I would highly recommend Bukhara for quality Indian cuisine.
Authentic food and one of the best Dal you can find. The chef personally visited us asking for feedback. The chutney they provide along with the Papad is finger licking good. A bit high on budget though.
Nizar and Sumi, Avay wonderful hospitality and they did a great job. Ambiance was so good and comfy Must try this cuisine
Outstanding food, delightful ambience, and a truly helpful staff make this restaurant a must-visit. The lobster and Chicken Biryani were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended! Nizar and Sumi were really good at their service
